Recruit a team of consultants underneath you and you will receive a percentage of their sales as well as additional discounts on your kit purchases.

No limits on where you can recruit!!  You don't have to recruit in your own area if you don't want to.  Rather you can build a team of consultants all around New Zealand.

Successful team leaders also have the opportunity for promotion to the position of Area Manager!

*to receive the benefits of being a team leader, you will need to keep your sales above $1,000 per month (excluding January).

Team Leader Bonuses

• Team Leaders will receive 3% of their Team's Demonstration Sales

• Team Leaders will receive 1% of the sales of consultants who have been recruited by members of their team.

• When a Team Leader maintains a Team of 5 Active Consultants* they will receive 50% off new kit purchases instead of 40% off.

• When a Team Leader maintains a Team of 10 Active Consultants* they will receive new kit products FREE!
  

*Active Consultant = a consultant who has sold a minimum of $1000 in Demonstration Sales in the month prior to the product release. 

Examples Of Potential Earnings

If you have 5 Consultants in your team and each sells $1,000 in the month.  You would receive:

• a $150 bonus for the month
• 50% off new kit products released the following month.

If you have 10 Consultants in your team and each sells $1,000 in the month.  You would receive:

• a $750 bonus for the month
• 50% off new kit products released the following month

If you have 5 Consultants in your team and each sells $5,000 in the month.  You would receive:

• a $300 bonus for the month
• 50% off all new kit products released the following month.

If you have 10 Consultants in your team and each sells $5,000 in the month.  You would receive:

• a $1500 bonus for the month!!
• FREE - All new kit products released the following month

*Bonuses are conditional on the Team Leader selling a minimum of $1000 in demonstration sales in that month.
